Don't forget other people around you:
- Don't put your kite in anybody's path
- Don't launch / land in crowded areas
- Choose a safe launching area
- Always announce you are launching a kite
- Stop your kite relaunching with heavy sand (or other)
- Better still, pack it away in its bag.
Kiting is a very social activity and please remember that even a lone kite on 20m lines acts as a very effective beacon and child / dog magnet.
